Pavlova Recipe – New Zealand Style

Beat together 3 egg whites, a pinch of salt and 2 dessertspoons of lukewarm water

Then, add
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 teaspoon of white vinegar.

Beat all together and then pile it on to ungreased baking paper.

Bake it at 120ºC for 1 1/2 hours.

Turn the oven off, open the door and take out the pavlova once it has cooled.

Voila a simple pavlova recipe made the New Zealand way!
